Shipping Information:
    We package all orders the evening you place your order and ship the following morning by US Mail. Orders placed after 9am on
    Saturday will ship Monday.  We will be glad to ship to hotels and resorts.  If you are in a bind - Please check out the Retail
    Locations who carry our products.

    Local pick up is available for those of you in the Nashville, TN area - call or email to order to avoid the automatic shipping charges.

    Standard Shipping for orders less than $37.00 is First Class mail with a delivery time of 3-5 business days.  Orders $37.01 and up or
    those who choose Priority Shipping at checkout will receive their package in 2-3 business days.  All packages will have a delivery
    confirmation/ tracking number. You will receive the tracking number in an email from either the USPS or PayPal, just make sure
    your Email address (and shipping address) is correct.

    Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges are based on how much product you order.  There is no minimum order quantity.
    Orders of:
    $00.01 - $25.00 = $3.75 shipping - First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
    $25.01 - $37.00 = $4.35 shipping - First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
         $37.01 - $500.00 = $6.50 shipping - Priority Mail Flat Rate box (2-3 business days).  
       $500.01 and up = $7.50 - Priority Mail or Federal Express with a Signature Required at Delivery.        
**Consider placing a group order or ordering as a Club.  You can typically fit around $350.00 of product in a Small Flat
  Rate Box and up to $3,500.00 in a Regional Rate Box.

    Payment Options:  
    During the checkout process, you will be given the option of paying with PayPal, credit card, or bank card.  You DO NOT have to
    have a PayPal account.  If you use your PayPal account, PLEASE, PLEASE double check that your address is
    current!

    We can take orders by phone.  Please leave a message and we will return your call after 5:00 pm.

    Check or Money Order:  
    If you prefer to pay with check or money order, email us your order and mail your payment.  We will set your product aside for 10
    business days.  If your payment is not received by the 10th day, we will place that product back in inventory.   We will send you an
    email or call when your payment has cleared and we have mailed the package.  We will wait for payment to clear before sending
    your package.  It typically takes 1 week from the day you mail your payment to the day you receive your order.
